What makes kitten face so mean?

This is my 3 year old cat Kitten Face and my dog BooBoo. This is how they would generally fight. Kitty puts Boo in a headlock and then kicks her in the head. Kitty wins every fight. He really is a mean kitty. Plus he pees on stuff.
